To use StepVoy’s services, you must read and agree to the “User Terms of Service” (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”). Please ensure that you carefully read and fully understand the contents of each clause, particularly those that exempt or limit liability. By registering as a member or using StepVoy’s services and products, you are deemed to have acknowledged and accepted all the terms of this Agreement.

This platform places great importance on the usage of its services by minors. If you are under 18 years of age or do not have full legal capacity, please review this Agreement with a legal guardian and pay special attention to the terms related to the use of services by minors. Otherwise, StepVoy will not be liable for any adverse consequences resulting from your registration or use of the website’s services. The platform reserves the right to terminate the service agreement if it becomes aware of such circumstances.

1.SCOPE OF AGREEMENT

This Agreement, along with the “Privacy Policy,” constitutes a binding agreement between you and the operator of StepVoy regarding your use of services related to StepVoy’s products. The operator of StepVoy refers to the legally recognized responsible entity for the operation of StepVoy. The products of StepVoy include but are not limited to: StepVoy and the corresponding mobile apps on the above websites. "User" refers to the user who uses the services related to StepVoy's products, and is more referred to as "you" in this agreement.

2.ACCOUNT AND SECURITY

You may need to register for a StepVoy account to utilize the services offered by StepVoy. We strongly advise you to keep your account number and password secure. After you have finished using the services, please ensure that you log out safely. Improper storage of your account information may lead to unauthorized access and theft of your password, for which you will be held responsible. StepVoy will not be liable for any account security, privacy protection, or other issues that arise not due to StepVoy’s fault, nor for any losses incurred as a result.

StepVoy prohibits users from transferring their paid or unpaid accounts to others to prevent disputes related to account issues. Users will be held responsible for any losses resulting from violations of this policy. Additionally, StepVoy reserves the right to pursue legal action against individuals who engage in such activities.

3. PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION AND PRIVACY PROTECTION

Respecting user privacy is a fundamental policy of StepVoy. StepVoy will not disclose, modify, or share users’ registered information and non-public content stored within StepVoy services, except in the following circumstances:

  1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: StepVoy may disclose information as required by relevant laws and regulations, including providing user-generated content, publication timestamps, and Internet addresses or domain names when requested by authorized government entities.
  2. Protection of **Intellectual Property**: Disclosure may be necessary to protect the intellectual property rights and other significant rights of StepVoy and third parties.
  3. Emergency Situations: In emergencies, StepVoy may disclose information as needed to safeguard the privacy and security of users and the public.
  4. Other Necessary Circumstances: Disclosure may occur in accordance with the relevant provisions of this Agreement or other situations deemed necessary by StepVoy.

4. USE OF THIS SERVICE

a. Unless otherwise agreed upon with StepVoy, you acknowledge and agree that this service is intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

b. You should utilize this service only through methods provided or approved by StepVoy. Your rights under the terms of this Agreement are non-transferable.

c. You must not use unauthorized plug-ins, extensions, or third-party tools to interfere with, disrupt, modify, or otherwise affect the services provided under this Agreement.

d. Rights **Reserved**: All other rights not expressly granted remain with StepVoy. You must obtain written consent from StepVoy for any use of these other rights.

e. Any violation of the above terms will be considered a serious breach of contract. In such cases, StepVoy reserves the right to suspend your access to services, terminate the service agreement and legal relationship between the parties, without any obligation to refund any fees you have paid. If the liquidated damages are insufficient to cover StepVoy’s losses, StepVoy may seek recovery through other legal channels.

f. You understand and agree that the services of StepVoy are provided based on the current capabilities of existing technologies and conditions. While StepVoy will make every effort to ensure service continuity and security, it cannot always foresee or prevent legal, technical, and other risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, force majeure events, viruses, Trojan horses, hacker attacks, system instability, defects in third-party services, government actions, and other factors that could result in service interruptions, data loss, and other potential damages.

5. EQUIPMENT GUARANTEE

While using StepVoy, users are responsible for providing their own equipment. Any costs associated with data usage and equipment maintenance incurred during the use of StepVoy services shall be the sole responsibility of the user.

6. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES

When users of StepVoy products utilize products or services provided by third parties, they must adhere to both this Agreement and the applicable third-party user agreements. StepVoy and the third parties involved will each be individually responsible for any disputes that may arise, in accordance with relevant legal provisions and agreements.

7. SOFTWARE DOWNLOAD AND UPDATE

In the course of using this service, you may be required to download software. Users are permitted to use this software solely for the purpose of accessing or utilizing the service. To enhance user experience, ensure service security, and maintain consistency in product functionality, StepVoy may update the software. Users are encouraged to update the relevant software to the latest version; failure to do so may result in StepVoy not guaranteeing the normal operation of the service.

8. ILLEGAL ACTS

Users are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the service and must not engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to:

  1. Publishing, transmitting, disseminating, or storing content that endangers national security and unity, undermines social stability, violates public order and customs, or includes insults, slander, obscenity, violence, and any other violations of national laws and regulations.
  2. Publishing, transmitting, disseminating, or storing content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights or trade secrets of others.
  3. Maliciously fabricating facts or concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others.
  4. Publishing, transmitting, or disseminating advertising information or junk content.
  5. Any other acts prohibited by laws, regulations, or normative documents.

In the event of a violation of this section, relevant national authorities or institutions may take legal action, impose fines, or apply other sanctions against you, and may request assistance from StepVoy. Should any damages occur, you shall be liable for compensation in accordance with the law, and StepVoy will not bear any responsibility. Additionally, StepVoy reserves the right to suspend your service, terminate the service agreement and legal relationship between the parties, and will not be obligated to refund any fees you have paid. This will be considered as you agreeing to pay liquidated damages to StepVoy. If the liquidated damages are insufficient to cover StepVoy’s losses, StepVoy may seek recovery from you through other legal channels.

9. LEGAL SUPERVISION

a. If a dispute arises from this Agreement or the use of StepVoy’s services that cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be settled by the people’s court in the jurisdiction where StepVoy is located. In the event that any terms of service conflict with applicable laws, those terms will be reinterpreted to align as closely as possible with the law, while the remaining terms will continue to be valid and enforceable.

b. Users must refrain from involving StepVoy in political or public events while using the service. Failure to comply may result in StepVoy exercising its right to suspend or terminate your service.

c. If you violate this Agreement, it will be considered a serious breach of contract. In such cases, StepVoy may suspend your service, terminate the service agreement and the legal relationship between the parties, without any obligation to refund any fees you have paid. This will be interpreted as your agreement to pay liquidated damages to StepVoy. If the liquidated damages are insufficient to cover StepVoy’s losses, StepVoy may seek recovery from you through other legal channels.

10. COMMERCIAL PROHIBITION

Users’ rights to use StepVoy services are personal and are limited to individual users only; commercial organizations or entities are not permitted to use the services. Users agree not to utilize StepVoy services for sales or any other commercial purposes without prior consent from StepVoy. If you send or disseminate content (including but not limited to web pages, text, images, audio, video, charts, etc.) through the service, you shall be solely responsible for that content.

If StepVoy receives a notice from a rights holder claiming that the content you send or disseminate infringes upon their rights, you agree that StepVoy has the right to independently assess the situation and take actions such as deleting, blocking, or disconnecting links related to the contested content.

11. EXCEPTIONS

a. During the use of the service, there may be force majeure events and other risk factors that could cause service interruptions. Force majeure refers to unforeseeable, insurmountable, and unavoidable objective events that significantly impact one or both parties. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, epidemics, and storms, as well as social events such as wars, riots, and government actions. In such situations, StepVoy will make reasonable efforts to cooperate with relevant authorities and restore services promptly, but will be exempt from liability for any losses incurred by you to the extent permitted by law.

b. To the extent permitted by law, StepVoy shall not be liable for service interruptions or disruptions caused by:

  1. Damage to users resulting from computer viruses, Trojans, other malicious software, or hacking activities.
  2. Failures in the user’s computer software, systems, hardware, or communication lines.
  3. Improper operations by users.
  4. Users utilizing the service in a manner not authorized by StepVoy.

c. While using the service, users may encounter risks associated with network information or other user behaviors. StepVoy shall not be liable for the authenticity, applicability, or legality of any information, nor for damages incurred due to infringement. These risks include, but are not limited to:

  1. Information containing threatening, defamatory, offensive, or illegal content from anonymous or pseudonymous sources.
  2. Psychological and physical injuries or economic losses resulting from misleading or fraudulent actions by others while using the services under this Agreement.
  3. Other risks stemming from network information or user behavior.

d. This service is not intended for specific applications, including but not limited to nuclear facilities, military applications, medical facilities, transportation, communications, and other critical fields. StepVoy shall not be liable for any personal injury, property loss, or environmental damage resulting from failures in these areas due to the software or services provided.

e. StepVoy reserves the right to take measures against illegal and infringing content in accordance with this Agreement. This right does not constitute an obligation or commitment on the part of StepVoy. StepVoy cannot guarantee timely detection of illegal or infringing activities or appropriate responses. If any such issues arise, StepVoy has the right to report them to relevant governmental authorities or to allow the parties involved in the infringement dispute to negotiate independently, with no obligation for StepVoy to intervene directly.

12. TERMS OF USE FOR MINORS

a. If a user is under the age of 18, they are considered a minor and must read this Agreement and use the service under the supervision and guidance of their guardian.

b. Because minors are often unacquainted with the complexities of the online world and may be easily influenced by virtual representations, they may lack the skills to deal with emergencies and protect themselves from malicious individuals. Therefore, minor users should pay attention to the following guidelines to enhance their safety awareness and self-protection while using this service:

  1. Understand the difference between the online world and real life, and avoid excessive engagement with the internet that could negatively impact their daily learning and life.
  2. Be cautious when filling in personal information, reinforcing personal protection to prevent harassment from harmful individuals.
  3. Under the guidance of a guardian or teacher, learn to use the internet responsibly and safely.
  4. Avoid meeting strangers or participating in social activities without proper precautions to prevent potential risks and threats to personal safety.

c. Guardians and educators should provide guidance and support to minors using this service. Parents, in particular, should be attentive to their children’s development, maintain open communication, and educate them about online safety issues while taking preventive measures. If parents or guardians wish for minors (especially those under the age of 10) to use the services provided by StepVoy, they must register in the name of the parent or guardian and assess whether the services are appropriate for the minor based on their legal guardian status.
